A School Psychologist’s Perspective: Changing Behavior for SWDs (Part 2)

Effective systems for shaping student behavior are crucial to ensuring your exciting, informative and engaging lessons have an audience who can take them in. Part 2 in this two-part series* will cover how exactly to understand and change typical problematic behaviors in your classroom across ages. This will also include specific strategies and tools that work along with templates to get you started.

By attending this session, attendees will leave with…
– Ways to design their own individual and classroom level interventions
– Knowledge of how to use behavior management techniques to replace disruptive behaviors with adaptive ones
– An understanding of the root causes of common behavioral issues.

*Note: Collaborative members will use only ONE Trainings & Workshops (TW) seat to attend this two-part series, happening on 10/12 and 10/14.
