In this three part mini-course led by guest presenter Sarah Ottow, participants will be able to create or expand upon a vision for coaching practices and articulate a coaching mission statement for the school year. Participants will identify aspects of instructional design that are culturally and linguistically responsive along with looking at how student centered data leads to changes in educator mindset. This three part series will also provide the tools to explain techniques ensuring ongoing diagnostics, feedback, and progress monitoring and how to integrate changes in educator practice that honors students diversity. Finally, participants will walk away with protocols and strategies for anti-bias, multicultural schooling through coaching and inquiry as a habit of mind to continue creating strong inclusive environments for ALL learners.
**Note: While this is a seat-free series, prospective attendees must apply to participate. Unlike our other series, you MUST attend all three sessions and this series will ONLY be open to 20 participants. Interested educators can apply here.
