Change Agents for Equity, Language & Literacy (Part 1)

December 3 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

In this three part mini-course, participants will be able to create or expand upon a vision for coaching practices and articulate a coaching mission statement for the school year. Participants will identify aspects of instructional design that are culturally and linguistically responsive, along with looking at how student centered data leads to changes in educator mindset. Throughout this series, we will also provide the tools to explain techniques ensuring ongoing diagnostics, feedback, and progress monitoring and how to integrate changes in educator practice that honors students diversity. Finally, participants will walk away with protocols and strategies for anti-bias, multicultural schooling through coaching and inquiry as a habit of mind to continue creating strong inclusive environments for ALL learners.

**Note: Educators must apply to attend this series. Participants must attend all synchronous sessions and participate in asynchronous discussions between live sessions. This series will be open to ONLY 20 participants.
