After the initial rush of reopening our schools, have you found yourself getting stuck on the details of managing your Special Education program? Perhaps you’ve wondered:
-What makes an Integrated Co-Teaching (ICT) setting different than a general education classroom?
-How do I ensure all program requirements are met?
-Who is responsible for tracking IEP goals and how do I report progress?
-How do I make sure I work effectively with my CSE team?
Part One in this three-part series* will support Inclusive Learning/Special Education Coordinators to set up clear expectations and organizational systems for classroom teachers, related service providers, and other staff. Future sessions will expand on preparing for IEP meetings, facilitating effective IEP meetings, and creating targeted instruction based on annual IEP goals.
By attending this session, attendees will leave with a clear understanding of the requirements of ICT settings, including goal tracking and collaborating with the CSE.
Presenter: Haley B Hemwall
*Note: Collaborative members will use only ONE Trainings & Workshops (TW) seat to attend this three-part series.
