Creating Successful Inclusion for All: Accommodations & Modifications that Work

Students with disabilities thrive in general education classrooms when curriculum is designed to allow access for all. Join expert Christi Kasa in this interactive session where she will both demonstrate strategies and teach participants to construct materials that can support students with disabilities to actively participate in the inclusive classroom. Principles of Universal Design for Learning and Differentiated Instruction will be central to this workshop and many examples of curriculum modifications and accommodation practices will be shared.

By attending this session, attendees will leave with a clear idea on how to create and implement successful accommodations and modifications in their classrooms.
