Criteria for Success in Math: Setting Kids up for Success

How do you know if you’re on your way to being successful? Clear criteria for what success looks like, a.k.a. expectations. Criteria for Success (CFS) is an underutilized tool for student learning. This session aims to define what CFS is and how it can be utilized with students for improved learning in Math.

  • Defining Criteria for Success (CFS) and markers for excellence for CFS
  • Analyze a lesson outcome and define the CFS for students
  • Practice how to give rapid feedback aligned to CFS for improved student learning
