Want to make sure you have assets-based, effective instructional practices for all multilingual learners at different linguistic and academic achievement levels? Then make sure to attend this session! Learn how to create small groups based on data and how to select the instructional focus for the groups. We will review a variety of instructional approaches and strategies to meet the needs of academically diverse students.
By attending this session, Grades 6-12 participants will leave with:
- Knowledge of how to differentiate instruction to support the academic needs of MLLs/ELLs
- Understanding of how to use data to support the instructional needs of MLLs/ELLs
- Strategies for culturally and linguistically responsive practices in core instruction for MLLs/ELLs
