Empowering and Educating Families about the IEP Process

April 16 @ 9:00 am - 11:00 am

Want to help families with the special education process? Looking for ways to help keep families organized? Come participate in a “red binder” session where you can learn how to help build a resource binder for your families to keep track of all of their testing, appointment letters, IEPs or documents needed to help ensure students get the support they are entitled to!

By attending this session, attendees will leave with:

  • sample of what a “red binder” can look like
  • Resources for parents on the special education process.
  • Language to use with families around the red binder and special education support.
