Intro to Observing Instruction for Special Populations Accessibility

April 18 @ 9:30 am - 11:00 am

Are you tasked with supporting staff to provide access to ALL students to grade-level instruction? Then this learning opportunity is for you! In this session, we’ll introduce participants to key “look fors” when observing instruction with a lens for special populations accessibility. From learning targets and lesson launches to student grouping and assessment, we’ll cover essential opportunities for staff to provide access to students. Participants will walk away with concrete tools and strategies to make sure staff is planning intentionally and providing multiple access points to account for learner variability.
