This session will introduce the Leadership Development Framework, which defines the four pillars of leadership. The Leader as Visionary, Leader as Instructional Leader, Leader as Engager, and Leader as Collaborator. Each pillar is defined through criteria. Participants will delve into each criterion, identifying where they currently operate on the Continuum of Self-Reflection and refining how they articulate, communicate, and lead the vision in their schools. They will use case studies and a list of tangible tasks to set goals and strengthen their leadership skills. Each role is inextricably linked to the others, a diverse and interdependent web that together defines the key elements of leadership.
