Breakfast & Learn Panel: Digital Equity with Girls Who Code

May 4 @ 8:30 am - 10:30 am

Girls Who Code is on a mission to close the gender gap in technology and to change the image of what a programmer looks like and does. This panel will focus on the importance of digital equity, as NYC charter schools speak about Girls Who Code Clubs in their communities and how others can join the movement. Note: This session is best suited for middle and high school educators.

By attending this session, attendees will leave with…

  • knowledge of why joining the Girls Who Code mission is so impactful to the next generation of women
  • tools and resources to bring back to their schools in pursuit of creating more opportunities for girls in their community
