Exclusively for leaders, Day 1 of our Annual Education Conference will be a day-long, in-person learning opportunity with Dr. Pajardo. We will introduce participants to the Leadership Development Framework, which defines the four pillars of leadership: Leader as Visionary, Leader as Instructional Leader, Leader as Engager, and Leader as Collaborator. Participants will delve into each criterion, identifying where they currently operate on the Continuum of Self-Reflection and refining how they articulate, communicate, and lead the vision in their schools. They will use case studies and a list of tangible tasks to set goals and strengthen their leadership skills as we go into next school year. Registration will launch later this spring!
