Leveraging Values & Strengths in Leadership (Part 1)

January 29 @ 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Kara Ronin once wrote, “When you lead by your values, you make decisions at a higher level than what you “should” be doing and how you “should” be leading. You lead with independent courage. You make decisions that are congruent with who you are and what you stand for.” This professional development will guide leaders through an experience of exploring and defining their own personal values that can drive them in their work. In addition, leaders will analyze how their values impact their leadership style and choices. Leaders will also explore ways to use this information to improve their work leading teams and individuals through moments of conflict.

By attending this session, attendees will leave with…

  • A reflective list of their top 5 values and definitions for their values
  • Clear leadership principles and ideas for how to leverage their core values to lead their teams more effectively
