Our PIPELINE program trains “new-to-special-education” teachers (both newly hired as well as veteran teachers who have been tapped internally for special education roles) and their supervisors to support them in learning the fundamentals of special education compliance and instruction. The three-pronged approach of parallel principal, coach, and teacher PD seeks to help break the special education silo and ensure that schools have a cohesive vision for their special education programmatic, staffing, and student supports.
