Our roundtable discussions bring together practitioners from across the charter sector to share best practices and surface common problems (and brainstorm solutions!) on different special populations topics. These sessions are HIGHLY INTERACTIVE and learning will largely be driven by what the participants bring ready to discuss and share. Based on the discussion, more targeted follow up learning may be organized.
This roundtable discussion in particular will focus on sustainable IEP case management. Case management, at it’s core, is a complex and time-consuming responsibility. Join fellow practitioners to discuss and share best practices & resources in streamlining IEP case management structures into whole school systems, supporting individuals in completing case management duties, and using various technologies to support case management collection + dissemination of information, as well as communication around effective case management needs.
