In this session, participants will receive updated guidance and information on transition planning for high school students with IEPs. Specifically, participants will learn of steps to take to remain on track in tracking towards a fully accredited graduation, preparing students for high school exit, and advocacy and communication supports for students in working towards post-secondary success. Participants will additionally learn about various post-secondary options for students as they prepare for post-secondary success in the long term.
